This 5-perf 65mm film camera produces breathtaking 65mm cinematography. With a negative area 3,5 times larger than 35mm, this is a marvel of image quality. There are only about 15 fully functioning 65mm cameras worldwide and this is one of them, so it's a very unique item indeed. This camera shoots from 2fps to 72fps crystal sync in 65mm and can ramp up to 72 fps within seconds. This exact camera was used to shoot the 70MM movie "BARAKA".

There are only three of these in the world. With it's Hasselblad V mount, it will take any Zeiss/Hasselblad still lens. Hasselblad lenses are very high quality, widely available and cheap. Furthermore, it also comes with an IMAX lens mount and a set of high quality Spacecam/IMAX lenses. The lens mounts are easily swappable. If you need additional lens mounts, please ask. Mamiya, Pentax and Maxi PL lens mounts can be produced for an additional cost. CEI video assist is included which can be changed for an HD tap. There's a beam splitter with three modes: Viewfinder only, Half/Half and Video only. The camera supports Motion Control for time lapse and motion control rigs. The camera also supports heaters and has several inputs for accessories. The camera is fully reflexed with an orientable viewfinder and a diopter for adjusting to vision. The camera is technically flawless, serviced and field tested with film processing and printing by Fotokem in Burbank, California. It is guaranteed to work.

The camera was also recently checked by PANAVISION Woodland Hills. It was on a short film in Europe last month with perfect results.

It's regularly serviced and maintained by Ken Stone Engineering in Los Angeles, a one stop shop for all your large format service and maintenance. You won't find another High-Speed Modernized 5-perf 65mm camera, let alone one in this condition. The camera comes complete with 2 x 500 foot 65mm magazines, video assist, cables and original flight case.

It has shot under 5,000 feet of film since last year. Camera is serviced by Ken Stone Engineering in Los Angeles and was recently checked by PANAVISION Woodland Hills.
