VERY RARE - 2005 Disney Evil Queen Storybook Treasure Box - LE of 1500 - MINT. This piece was is made of heavy, hand painted resin, and thick, high quality paper and weighs in at around 7 pounds! The original props used by the animators to create the beloved 1937 Disney animation classic, Snow White, were retrieved from the Disney archives and carefully studied to produce this very accurate reproduction prop, that is also a functional jewelry box. Ive only opened the box to inspect the piece and photograph it.

If you see any white dots in the photos theyre likely tiny bits of styrofoam from the packaging. Just like the book from the animated classic, the cover of the book appears ancient, scary, battered, and evil. The book has a very heavy feel and once you pick it up you realize its a substantial piece of art.

Opening the book reveals eerie artwork from the film and intricate calligraphy with the now famous introduction, One taste of the Poisoned Apple and the victims eyes will close forever in the Sleeping Death. This piece is big (approximately 12 x 9.5 closed and 12 x 21.5 open), so find a large, well-lit spot to display it and Id recommend an accent light to really create a Disney-like experience for your guests, who will be blown away. This piece is in its original box with all original items, including the certificate of authenticity stating that it's from a limited edition of 1500. This piece has never been displayed and comes from my clean, smoke-free, pet-free home. This piece is very rare and hard to find.
