Very Rare Antique Aesthetic Sterling Silver Whiskey Flask Gorham Mint
Offering a very rare antique sterling silver flask by Gorham. This lovely rare flask features a heavy though intricate basket weave pattern over a thick hand blown glass flask. The silver workmanship extends the entire body of the piece and is topped by a swirl shaped Art Nouveau style lid. The lid twists to open/close and it retains it's original cork.
Signed, Gorham, Sterling, star mark, 1888. Making this flask 134 years old.
Measuring 5 1/2" Tall, 2 1/2" Wide and Weighing a hefty 255.6 grams or 9.01 oz. I could find no damage and the patina is to die for.
