VERY RARE ANTIQUE AMERICAN 1800s SWIRL MINI MOLD YELLOW ROCK YELLOW WARE MINT
Here we have one of several attractive and desirable mini molds offered for sale. These molds are unique to Yellow Rock Pottery located in Philadelphia, PA and were made during the mid-1800s. During this period, kilns were fired at low temperatures resulting in less durably pottery than was possible by the end of the 1800s. Early yellow ware was easily damaged from use, this mold is in original mint condition with no damage or repairs.
