Here we have an absolutely stunning large serving dish decorated with a slip marbled agate glaze. The brown, black and yellow agate decoration is applied to both sides. Any white spots in the photos are light reflections from the very shiny clear glaze. The serving dish measures 11" in length by 7" wide and is in original mint condition with no damage or repairs.
The underside has an oval raised foot and is signed by hand "APT". This slip marbled agate pottery is rarely found in this fine condition and any advanced collector would be pleased to add this to their collection.
